How We Work Together:

This program is in person over 6 months or in a condensed timeframe if you are not local to the area.

You'll receive clear, immediate and nonjudgmental biofeedback from the horse. The horse can uncover what needs to heal and shine a light on your strengths.

Though you go on a journey, there is no horseback riding. 

These sessions take place on the ground, outdoors in the presence of horses at Rising Starr Horse Rescue in Wilton, CT.

You'll experience shamanic journeys in nature. Shamanic journeys are guided visualizations where you will connect with your spirit guides. They are similar to meditations but take place in the spirit realm and help you expand what is possible for you life in the earth realm.

You'll experience empowering shamanic energy healing and the horses participate in this healing work.
